They all go above and beyond in making every student feel special\/welcomed and really find a way to meet everyone's needs. Communication is also wonderful (it's always like you're 10 steps ahead of anticipating the next question) and the effort you've all taken during COVID to help keep the entire community safe has been a true blessing. The teachers have such a wonderful bond with the students and it really makes a difference in creating a sense of comfort when they go to school. I see this in the facilities at the school (both indoors and outdoors), in the types of activities done in class, in the resources available for my children (the toys seem in good shape, the ability for my oldest to bake, as examples). I also perceive the quality of the school in the communication and professionalism of both the teachers and administrative staff. I remember Kara immediately sitting on the lap of one of the teachers and of course, we had the glowing recommendations of my cousin, her mother and her girls.
