All of our WKA children enjoyed their field trip to the Strathmore Backyard Theater for a bilingual concert with Sonia De Los Santos.  This school-wide event engaged children in Sonia’s personal journey from Mexico to America with universal themes of community and culture. Our children, their families, teachers, and staff were entertained by Sonia and her Grammy Award winning band during their concert at the Strathmore, and returned to school singing the songs they shared together throughout the morning.
