This week our Camperos continued their Fiesta and quickly filled their passports, stamping along the way to Machu Piccu, The Peruvian Desert and La Playa. They learned of the history of Peruvian textiles, creating their own textile clothing and engaged in STEAM filled fun, engineering structures to resemble The Lost City and gazing at the galaxy of stars when observing Inca Astronomy.

Our Camperos finished their week with a field trip to Color Me Mine Rockville where they enhanced their creativity by painting Peruvian themed designs on pottery they were able to take home!

We can’t wait to see what our Camperos will discover next week when they pack up their suitcases and travel to Argentina!
